 Active Ingredient: Muscimol 
Ritual Use: Consumption of the Amanita muscaria fungus (aka fly agaric) has been used by ancient shamans dating back to the Stone Age (7,000+ years ago). Documented ancient use of the mushroom for its transcendent effects can be found in Siberia, India, Egypt and even Australia. Typically the sages of old would harvest fresh or dried and soak them in alcohol where they would let set overnight. A similar concoction called "magical fungal wine" was used in ancient Greece during the time of Plato and Aristotle. Modern Administration Methods: Today the mushroom is eaten in the raw or cooked and served as an accompaniment to any dish which calls for mushrooms. These mushrooms are absolutely delicious, and are great on top of a hamburger in place of Portobello mushrooms. Effects at dosages: Threshold Dosage (Minimum dosage required to feel any effects): 3 grams of high quality mushroom Three grams is typically a good amount to feel the body effects of this special fungus. You'll feel a pleasant euphoric sense throughout your whole body (akin to the feeling just right after getting a full body message). Many report more cogent and creative thoughts. Baseline Dosage (Minimum dosage required to feel all effects): 10 grams of high quality mushroom
To experience the full, entheogenic effects of Amanita muscaria, it requires about 10 grams or about 4 medium-sized caps. While it is certainly not impossible to overdose on Amanita muscaria, reported cases have been very rare and some experienced sages (with incredibly high tolerances) have taken up to 100 grams in one sitting. However we don't recommend you eat more than 20 grams, and certainly not over 10 grams especially if its your first time "riding the snake." Recommended Initial Dosage: 10 grams
